Chief Technology Officer of Procodific
Procodific is an IT professional services company founded in 2017. The company specializes in software development for startups and staff augmentation services.
I co-founded the company with Volhan Salai, a partner in France with 1,200 USD of investment. I worked as the Chief Technology Officer and the director of Operations. I was part of the prospection from our clients from France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Croatia, Australia, and Mexico.
After one year of operations, Procodific completed 32 projects growing the company to 25 members. The company had a revenue of 105,000 USD with a net utility of 25%. Unfortunately, the company dissolved after the resignment of my partner; the company had to sell off and permanently close its operations.
Responsibilities
- Get new prospects and lead the contracts from Mexico clients.
- Define and improve the operations processes.
- Hire and grow the engineering, marketing, HR, and design team from Mexico.
- Project Management in up to 6 projects in parallel.
- Release Management of the 32 projects.
- Define the technical stack for the different software development services.
